We will explain the long and sometimes frustrating process of home restoration through your insurance carrier. We will maintain regular contact with you to ensure you are aware of and understand the process and your rights. It is our goal to make the process as easy and streamlined as possible for you, the client. Be aware that negotiating, obtaining funds/permitting (from insurance), and restoration is a long process that can take anywhere from 3 months to 2 years depending on the area and degree of damage.
